This seller was responsive and made all the edits I requested to the best of his ability, but I experienced a lot of hiccups such as elongated delivery times, miscommunications, and unnecessary extra costs (which the seller apologized for and offered a discount on my next order, which I greatly appreciated). The deliverable was very satisfactory, but I think overall its probably not a good fit for us going forward.
